The Board of Directors of SRF Limited at its meeting held on January 25, 2022 has approved to set up an Aluminium Foil manufacturing facility at a cost of Rs. 425 Crores. The proposed capacity addition of 21000 MTPA will be added by 30 September 2023 at an outlay of Rs. 425 crores. The funds will be raised through a mix of debt and internal accruals. The capital expenditure is proposed to capitalise on business synergies by expanding in the area of business adjacencies. Shares of SRF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2467.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2369.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 71634 in over 8658 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2524.40 and intraday low of 2293.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 173334000.00.
